Krucial Printing Terms & Conditions 1. Payment Terms Invoiced Total: The total reflected on this quote includes all standard processing fees. Cash Discount: A 3.5% discount is available for payments made via Cash, Check, Venmo, or Zelle. Net 30 Terms: For approved accounts, payment is due 30 days after the Invoice Date. Late Fees: A fee of 3% of the total invoice will be added if payment is past due. 2. Inspection and Disputes Reporting Window: Any disputes regarding order quality, print accuracy, or quantity must be submitted in writing to info@krucialprinting.com within 5 business days of receipt. Acceptance: Failure to notify the Business within this window constitutes full acceptance of the order and the associated invoice. 3. Net 30 Compliance Default in Payment: If invoices remain unpaid for 45 days or more, Krucial Printing is authorized to charge the full balance, including late fees and processing fees, to the card on file. Account Standing: Clients with past due invoices will no longer qualify for Net 30 Terms. Production Holds: Krucial Printing reserves the right to withhold future shipments or pause current production if any past invoices remain unpaid. 4. Authorizations Approval: Approval of this quote or payment of the invoice serves as digital acceptance of these terms. Production: Production begins only after final proof approval and receipt of the required deposit or payment.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
